Deposit Requirements:
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required for all bookings.
Cancellation Fees:
Cancellations within 48 hours of service forfeit 100% payment; 7+ days receive 50% refund.
Cargo-Specific Rules:
Dangerous goods shipments require full prepayment and are non-refundable.
We take reasonable care but are not liable for:

Clarify liability for pre-existing conditions (e.g., "We are not liable for stress-related conditions in pets unless caused by mishandling.").
For Cargo:

Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid.
Pets:
